I’m Wendy, a financial coach with a background in financial planning and studies in psychology and behavioural science. I help you understand the why behind your money habits so you can make calm, confident decisions without shame or pressure.

What a session looks like
Money work is deeply personal, and everyone arrives with their own history, pace, and needs. Whether you choose the weekly group program or an individual program, the work is gentle, spacious, and grounded in emotional safety.

We explore your money story, your patterns, your nervous system responses, and the practical steps that help you feel more supported and in control. You’re welcome to bring a cup of tea, a notebook, and anything that helps you feel settled.

Both pathways follow the same mindful, trauma‑aware approach - the difference is simply the level of personal attention you prefer.

Pricing & Availability
I offer two ways of working together, depending on what feels most supportive to you.

The Mindful Money Group Program

Next program commences Thursday 18 June, 2026
6 fortnightly sessions - Thursday 7pm - 8:30pm

A small, supportive group where we move through the Mindful Money Method together - sharing reflections, learning from one another, and gently building clarity, confidence, and calm. This is the more affordable pathway and includes 6 fortnightly group sessions, access to the Mindful Money Toolkit and 2 private check-ins.

Full program costs $1,830 per person

Individual Program
​​
Available Fridays and Saturdays

​A private, personalised space for those who prefer deeper, individual support or don't feel comfortable in a group setting. We move through the Mindful Money Method over 6 fortnightly sessions, with access to the Mindful Money Toolkit and 2 check-ins.
